Every bodywork experience will be specifically tailored to the unique needs of each individual. The therapist will discuss and assess problem areas with the client in order to determine the best treatment plan. The massage session will incorporate various techniques (such as Effleurage, Petrissage, Tapotement, Friction, etc) and modalities which include, but are not limited to: cupping therapy, IASTM tools, and stretching to increase range of motion and mobility. We believe that every body is different and therefore requires different approaches to aid in the remedy of pain, discomfort and stress relief.
